About Mentorze
Mentorze is a platform that connects students with mentors for educational guidance, academic support, workshops, and learning-related services. Mentorze acts solely as a platform provider and is not a party to agreements entered into between mentors and students.
Eligibility
To use Mentorze, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into agreements, provide accurate account information, and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
Academic Integrity
Mentorze promotes learning and educational development. Users must not use the platform to complete assignments on behalf of another student, facilitate plagiarism or cheating, sit examinations or assessments for another person, or submit work created by others as their own. Mentorze reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove users who engage in academic misconduct.
Mentor Services
Mentors are independent users of the platform and are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, the quality of services they provide, conducting themselves professionally, and delivering services honestly and ethically. Mentorze does not guarantee any specific academic, professional, or personal outcomes.
Payments
All payments made through Mentorze are subject to applicable service fees. By making a payment, you authorise Mentorze and its payment providers to process the transaction. Mentors may receive payouts only after services have been completed and any applicable holding or verification periods have passed.
Refunds and Disputes
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Mentorze may investigate disputes and request supporting evidence from both parties. Mentorze reserves the right to make a final decision regarding refunds, payment holds, and dispute outcomes where permitted by applicable law. Additional details are outlined in our Payment & Refund Policy.
User Content
Users retain ownership of content they upload to Mentorze. By submitting content, you grant Mentorze a non-exclusive licence to use, display, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating the platform. You must not upload content that violates laws or regulations, infringes intellectual property rights, contains harmful, abusive, or fraudulent material, or promotes academic misconduct.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not misrepresent their identity or qualifications, circumvent platform payments, harass, threaten, or abuse other users, upload malicious software or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, or interfere with platform operations.
Account Suspension and Termination
Mentorze may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, breach academic integrity standards, or create risks to other users or the platform. We may remove content or restrict access without prior notice where necessary.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentorze provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mentorze does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, is not responsible for the actions, conduct, advice, or services provided by users, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Privacy
Your use of Mentorze is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
No Guarantee of Results
Mentorze and its mentors do not guarantee academic grades, assignment outcomes, examination results, university admission, employment opportunities, visa outcomes, or any other specific result. Users remain responsible for their own academic and professional decisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mentorze after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
